Arrived July 14th 2008. Stock firmware.
- Got on tmobile network with no problems
- Great size - very pockatable
- Great screen
- inbound/outbound calls work
- inbound/outbound SMS work
- Audio quality is good when on batteries, electrically noisy during charging
- super-simple web browser
- battery lasts about 8 hours on a charge
- user interface is a mess, unintuitive
- generally sluggish UI response time
misc: make sure you run “alsamixer -V all” - there should be a Mic2 control. for audio assistance.
July 27th 2008.
- Battery life is the biggest issue. Have to charge twice a day.
- Installed FSO milestone 1 image.
