The easist option is to signup for one of the popular exercise tracking websites that has a smartphone tracking app, especially www.runkeeper.com and www.dailymile.com.
Use the smartphone tracking app to record you run. Record at least one run beforehand to verify that your setup is working!
Both DailyMile and RunKeeper allow individual runs to be exported as a 'GPX' file. After you complete Tuesday's run, use their website to find the saved run and export the GPX file to your computer.
Put the GPX file online or bring it with you to the Hackathon that is planned for Saturday July 21st.
