Add a lat/long to tags. a tag has the posibility of representing a location

twitter client, parsing tags, uses tagalus to get lat/long.

actvitystream spec - is there a notion of location?

a tag can represent a concept or event and still have a location.

instead of lat/long, use a list of URLs to other definitions of place. shizzow place url, yahoo place url
