I want to get off [[http://doncam.livejournal.com|livejournal]] and onto my own blog software at donpark.org/blog.

feature list:

1. posts are newest-to-oldest by day but oldest-to-newest within the same day.

2. syntax colorization within a post, of ruby, HTML, etc.

3. side widgets, both flash and google widgets

4. open id/oauth/foaf

5. visit tracking/log. already done if on my server.

6. search. a form that submits to google is okay.

7. informative URLs. http://donpark.org/blog/2007/10/1/OpenSocial_opens_to_the_public

8. access control assignment to tags, most restrictive wins.
