IceCondor android client released today. The apk is here.

• pigeon notification status line says Warning: GPS off when running and the GPS radio is off. (thanks to Bryan Stearns for discovering this as a problem)
• put HTTP request for version check (once a day) into background thread to not slow down app startup
• make the pigeon a notification change listener. when the update frequency changes, reset android GPS frequency request so that the change is effective immediately.
