habbits and pullups
if you have a bowl of m&m's in your livingroom, you will eat candy. if you have a bowl of apples, you will eat fruit. i hung a dowel from the ceiling in the garage as a pullup bar like so:
i found that pullups arent so much for the arms as they are for the back. simpling hanging from the bar aligns the spine and stretches in a way that is otherwise hard to do.
its really nice to be able to work from home and walk to the garage whenever i need a break and do (most of) a pullup.
