i made a pizza yesterday and another one today. The first one: Start with flour, water, and yeast.
Mix, and set someplace warm. Let rise for 1 hour. Knead and let rise again for 1 hour. Spread out the dough on the pan.
I use tomato paste. Thick sauce eats more like a meal.
Add grated cheese. Cheddar was all I had in the house.

needs more toppings tomato paste is a good start, but it needs to be more complex. thicker crust the crust, too, needs something more. it is good when its fresh out of the oven but its still bland.
