a super-alpha gtk foaf browser is available with: $ git clone http://donpark.org/src/omfoaf

dependent on ruby and ruby-gtk

$ ruby omfoaf.rb

use http://donpark.org/foaf.xrdf as the starting point. it'll show you the name of the owner of the foaf file, and a list of that person's friends' names.

its called omfoaf because it is meant to run on openmoko and the neo1973 screen.
