geolocation by wifi mac address has real utility. often the bike gps is out of range and wifi location would be less accurate but a lot better than nothing. its also useful for setups with no gps receiver at all.

wigle.net has no programatic interface. google has put out the world's largest datastore - google base - free for all to use. building a mac/lat-long database on google base would be cool.
