i stay in the seated position all day. i eat nice lunches from restaurants. this happens 5 days a week. there is free soda at the office, which i was on a short stint of. i just had some icecream cake for a coworker's birthday. mostly its staying in the seated position ALL DAY LONG. if it weren't for this exercise ball i use as a chair, i'd probably use 15% of what I eat in a day instead of 20% that i use now (wild guess). breakfast is usually two bagels and dinner is very little - some fig bars or a bowl of cooked rice.
its ironic because one thing i noticed when i first arrived is how active the general populace seems to be. i'm giving up some physical health for this job.
