i go back to palo alto today. its stormy out so im expecting a rocky ride during takeoff. it'll be 60 degrees all week in the bay. thats good. i'll be back in the drab hotel room on a busy, stinky main road. thats bad. i fly back friday night. the darkness of space from being above the clouds and the illuminated cities below that you see while flying at night is like traveling through a dream-world. its fantastic to watch.
