i went jogging with erika last night in forrest park. we went to the 1 1/4 mile mark and then turned around. it was getting quite dark. my right knee started to give out so we walked part of the way back. This year's shamrock run is gonna be good. i expect to be watching my time this year instead of simply finishing.
