i was outside yesterday, sitting in the doorway of a cafe that had closed two hours earlier. their free wifi was still blasting of course so i stopped to suck some up. my crappy thinkpad battery was about to die and there were no outside outlets to plug into.
a good idea for a geodatabase is the location of publicly accessable , outdoor power outlets. this is a challenge because the geoaccuracy would have to be very high. whats the maximum resolution for a consumer GPS receiver these days? 20 feet?
