i went to the portland ruby meeting last night. it was fairly cool. they were very interested in OSCON and the perl group was menioned many times. apparently there is a two week update bulletin for ruby 1.9/2.0. the leading edge ruby stuff all happens in japanese. i put in a plug for eclipse and said i was looking forward to good ruby integration into eclipse.
