it kills me when i feel like ive come across another idea that would be worth doing. It happens two or three times a year. the problem with new projects is there are many existing worthwhile projects in my wake, left behind because of no free time or no perseverance or both.

so anyways the new one is: add emerald to jnode. Emerald is an object mobility system written in part by my current cs prof.. Its a facinating topic and JNode is a cool place to innovate. In fact, a feature like object mobility could thrust jnode into a popular and unique position, if an object mobility "killer app" were found.

Object mobility is also applicable to the virtual pet idea.
