1. a bittorrent client in firefox. either add the c code to the source code base or write a bittorrent client in javascript (!). I think its possible using the mozilla application framework.

2. a higher abstraction layer for wikis. some common wiki protocol where your own wiki interface has access to all the wiki pages in all the world.

also, someone came in to the office today to tell darrin "hey i saw your bluetooth phone!". he bought a usb dongle for his mac and was surprized to see his phone. bluetooth is not dead! long live bluetooth.
