i just saw the incredibles at pioneer place theater. its an amazing movie. the bulk of the story is not even hinted at by the trailers. its a grown-ups movie with a couple interesting sub-plots. the story has to do with a father who wont adjust to living as a non-"super", a mother who is completely dedicated to her family, a daughter who is going through her teen-age years, and a son who is learning his own strength. the movie was fun and interesting the whole way (except maybe near the end). It avoided cliche storylines. i couldn't imagine the movie deserving all the positive reviews it has been getting, but it really delivered.
