my dad came over to the house, the second time this summer, to see greg. Together they are the first visits to klickitat that my dad has made in a dozen years. he brought over a bunch of fruit and talked to greg for a while. Joe disappeared during the visit and then came back and asked me what dad had to say. i asked him why he left. he said he didnt walk to talk about it. i asked why. later on he told me he was angry because of my prying and i should just leave it alone. we had a 15 minute discussion on privacy and star trek's Prime Directive. thats the most we've talked in a month.
