thinks are looking like its a go for my part of the National Mayor's Ride. Its been led by Mark Chen. We leave from downtown portland on noon Friday and bike all weekend until we get to Eugene, 110 miles away. Since we'll be taking a route thats optimized for car avoidance, it will probably be 140 miles in total. We'll be meeting with the mayor of Eugene on Monday at noon.

I biked 40 miles today with lots of big breaks inbetween, but im still sore so it was a worthwhile effort.
