wow. i just found a really fun demo. i spend the last two hours playing Will Rock. Its a mindless shoot-em-up but the visuals are really really great and it performs really well on my box. you start out in a canyon and the rock walls look more like rock than any other game ive seen. plus the menu screen plays Twisted Sister's I wanna rock. It takes a while to find a demo worth playing. I feel like a real gamer now :). I also downloaded the Semagic livejournal windows client, so lj entries should be easier. Ive spent a lot of time this weekend in front of the computer.

last night was a mini-vancouver right here on klickitat st. The washington side of the river was like no 4th ive seen before. There must have been 50 miles of sky line with firework shells going off every 5 miles, for hours. it was very mellow and nice and a little lonely. i walked with the neighbor and his son down to the long grass strip down the road where everyone was congregating.

i got up at 7:30am yesterday morning and 8am this morning. for the second morning in a row, i swept moss off the roof of the house. im almost done with the whole roof.
