today was quite a good day. i spend almost the whole day with three great friends. we traveled together, we laughed together, we ate together, we hacked together. i felt very non-alone.

jenny emailed me today. i do miss her. im also glad im not psychotic over the thought of her anymore.

im still reading Diamond Age. Its such a different story, unlike anything ive ever imagined. it feels good to get my brain into unusual patterns. im really good at staying with whats comfortable and familiar, which eventually becomes stifling.
