as i sit here in my klickitat cave, i think a good methaphore for my personality is a creepy-crawly window spider that has run out of stick. The windows are other people. I get thrown at others fairly often, often enough to make a few friends, but i just dont stick.

on a more positive note, i got my very old very taken-apart motorcycle to the motorcycle store that i have been meaning to do for months. I got $50 for it which Im very happy about. My next option was most likely paying $100 for a wrecking yard to take it.

I made some good progress on the java game. Racked up a few more billable hours which is good. I figured my taxes and it will clean out all i have saved for taxes from last year, plus about $2k. My new laptop and my first paycheck come in 4 or 5 days.

Im most likely going to the OReilly Emerging Technologies Conference . Im sure that will involve lots of new window panes. I want to get involved with a UPnP or JXTA project. An interesting one is UPnP over Bluetooth!.
