im biking again and I love it. Ive had about a week of riding every other day. the rust is worked off, those little cycling-only muscles in my legs have woken up. I've gotten somewhat acclimated to the dangers of city traffic. i know im getting back in the groove because today i wasnt just getting around town, i was doing speed trials. blasting down the road, leaving other cyclists in my wake. ahh yeah.

i had dinner at Nicholas' with my bro Greg and dad & elaine. that was great and dad & elaine really appreciate new places.
