the Zombie concert was good last night.

The Salem Armory SUCKS. It looks exactly like a big high school gymnasium and has the same acoustic quality. The crowd on the floor was very active, lots of body slamming. Along one wall was the winner of a KUFO contest who showed up with about 6 strippers. After a few of these girls flashed their boobs a few times, it caught on and many girls in the crowd got up on people's shoulders to flash their boobs, too.

The music was pretty good and the light and fire on stage was fun. Mr. Z looks like a 40 year old father of three, just with really long dreadlocks and old jeans.

One of my overall life 'issues' is to understand the purpose of anger. mostly i avoid it at all costs. During the show I got to feel it on a small scale. Right next to me some punk was giving a 16 yera a hard time. At one point he pushed him by the face. I steped in between them and said 'Dont do that.' He came back with corny cliches and when that didnt work he slapped me and even grabbed my throat (lightly). I thought it was funny and told him to calm down. I didnt consider him a threat - he was just a dude with issues (ha). But it was exciting to be in that situation.
