house hunt day #2. the paper had some good new leads. there is one i would really like to have but .... no pets! i hope i can offer them more rent or something and maybe they'll change their minds. i mean id really like to have it. 2bd, not even a block off of hawthorne. the cats have kept me from 3 or 4 places now :(.

I also came across two interesting houses for sale. i found a web site that looks up past home sales prices since in most states its a matter of public record. its not that reliable but its fun to try. i would post the url but IE is crashing right now and i cant get to the bookmarks. My bldg, price of wales, supposedly sold in july 1995 for $1.4 million.

last night Seth and I went out to dinner and then to jiggles. i was really glad to get out of the house. i got a lap dance from two different dancers.

tonight im going to a party given by roger, a friend from work.

the city is really set for some st patty's day festivities. there are a couple converted parking lots that have tents that will be up all week for nightly drinking parties. i would rather be in a bar on a cold rainy night than in a tent!
